The Tiger, in previous times “In Winter“, “In Exile“, “At Home“, or “In DC“, is back.  (Like a bad penny, he always turns up.)

He is a late-twenties native of Canada, graduate of two American universities, and member in good standing of the heretic wing of the North American intelligentsia.

After a mind-clearing drive across the southern portion of the continent in December 2009, he has decided (I have decided!) to return to the online world.

Here you will find his thoughts about Canadian and American politics.

Where from?  We’ll see.  Toronto, for the time being.

Update, end of May 2012: Home base is still Toronto, and will be through 2014, at which point I will have taken my last degree course ever. (I promise!)

Still feeling blessed to be a citizen of two of the best countries in the world — Canada and the United States.
