Makes for a far funner-er race, though. You think Romeny can stand by the promise to reduce the Federal government by attrition only?
I think he _can_, but whether he _will_ is another story.
His balancing of the budget in Massachusetts was impressive. But he didn’t have a cesspool like the federal Congress there.
