I must say, I have a higher opinion of David Cameron after this revelation –
14. Brown received a Christmas card from David Cameron saying “Merry Christmas from me and ‘the props’” after Brown accused Cameron of using his children as props in his 2008 conference speech.

Funny how the press is all jumping on Spector for reporting on it. I think it’s a hilarious rumour.
If I were PM and my wife did that — yeah, she’d be spending a few nights at the Chateau Laurier before I let her come back home. If I let her come back home.
Of course, it might all be malicious gossip. Probably is. But it’s hilarious malicious gossip…
Whatever. Maggie Trudeau may or may not have been having orgies with the Stones while her estranged husband, Pierre, was sleeping his way through the sillier Hollywood starlets. Yet somehow, life went on, and Trudeau managed to put through more terrible policies. (Oh, if only Joe Clark had been willing to bring the Creditistes into his government and push a middle-of-the-road budget in 1979! How different our history would be!)
